How to Prevent Wrinkles, What Causes Wrinkles?

What actually Wrinkles are??

When people get aged, wrinkles start to multiply. Wrinkles are caused by sagged and thin skin. They particularly appear on tops of forearms, back of hands, neck and on face. As people age, due to changes in fibrillates (that produces collagen and elastin), the elastin and collagen in the connective tissue becomes weak and break down which results in wrinkles formation.
Factors that contribute to premature wrinkles include loss of vitamin E, sudden weight loss, use of certain drugs, smoking, too much exposure to sun or harsh environments, excessive stress and genetic predisposition.
Once the wrinkles start to appear, it becomes difficult to restore the condition of skin.
