Diabetes in its history is derived from Greeks word Diabetes Mellitus. Diabetes is a disease of pancreas. It occurs when our blood glucose or our blood sugar is too much high. Glucose of blood is the main source of our body energy and it comes from the diet we eat.

Insulin is a hormone of our body that made by our pancreas. Insulin helps in absorbing the blood sugar and maintains our blood sugar level. Sometime insulin does not work properly and do not helps to absorb the sugar in our body cells that’s called Insulin.

Some common signs of diabetes are:

  • Increased thirst like thirsty crow.
  • Increased hunger again and again.
  • Blurred and weak eye sight.
  • Frequent headache
  • Weight loss
  • Frequent urination
  • Dry mouth and rough tongue
  • Stop healing the wounds
  • Kidneys pain

WHAT ARE THE CAUSES OF DIABETES?

  • Sedentary lifestyle
  • Too much eating junk foods
  • Using body spray
  • Artificial cooked foods
  • Using heavy energy drinks and alcohol drinks

DIABETES (TYPE 1) DEFINITION

Diabetes type-1 means dysfunction of autoimmune system. In this type of diabetes our immune system attacked by beta cells and our pancreas does not produce insulin or produce less insulin. It’s also called insulin-dependent diabetes.

DIABETES (TYPE 2) DEFINITION

Diabetes type-2 means dysfunction of insulin’s reception in our body cells. In this type of diabetes our body cells does not accept the insulin although our pancreas working well but our body cells unable to receive the insulin amount.

MANAGING TYPE 1 DIABETES

  1. Regularly use insulin injection or insulin pump.
  2. Maintain your diet according Diabetes Diet plan.
  3. Monitor your blood glucose level regularly.
  4. Take regular exercise according fitness rules.
  5. Always drink fresh water and maintain your weight.

MANSGING TYPE 2 DIABETS

  1. Lose your fat belly weight otherwise you will suffer from arthritis.
  2. Release your stress and tensions because your health is precious.
  3. Change your whole lifestyle and manage it with busy life physically.
